Frozen meals
I see atkins has frozen meals now. Does anyone know if a major chain sells them? cannot find here in florida where I live.

Walmart is the only place selling them right now. I think all stores will soon. Unfortunately the walmart I went to last month wasnt stocked yet. But I heard that as of this month all of them should be. Good luck. I personally think its better if you just make your own and buy some small freezer containers and portion out you several meals and have them ready when you want them. A good idea is stir frys. Beef and brocolli or chicken and brocolli. Quick and easy.

Wal-Mart is where I found mine. Be sure to look where the Lean Cuisines and Weight Watchers meals are because the Atkins meals were mixed in with them. They are pretty good and so convenient to just grab and take to work for lunch! :-)
