Day by Day

Yesterday I completed Day 2 and I must say that I am proud of myself only because I don't follow anything this long (or at least I haven't been lately). It seems like staying on track has become a recent struggle for me. One thing I'm noticing about myself is that when I earnestly/sincerely want something, I'm very determined and focused on obtaining it. Maybe that means sincerity is the "key" for me, however, I'm no fool either. I'm taking it day by day, which means, if I complete today (Day 3) with the same determination, then I'm on point and doing just fine. Looking forward to a fabulous me!

I am on day 2 as well, yay us! I had to giggle at your comment about not folowing anything to long. I find if I have too many choices or have to think too much about what to eat I wont stick with it. I have a full time job, full class load for school and have zero extra time to stress out about my food intake. So here I am Atkins is pretty straight forward . I wish you the best We can do this!!. Good luck to you.
