Words are always better than scale numbers!
Good morning all!  Just saw my son-in-law, and he commented that it looks like I am still losing weight!  "Yes, she's looking good" echoed my husband! Okay, maybe it's 2:30 in the morning and maybe eyes are a little blurry, but I'll take compliments anytime!!  LOL  Seriously, when someone notices our efforts, it really does help us stay motivated.  For all of you experiencing the northeast blizzard - be safe!

So true! I had a friend from church tell me last week that her husband asked her if I was losing again. He had thought I looked smaller. She asked him why didn't he tell me and he said " I KNOW better than to ask a lady if she is trying to lose weight!" Ha! he is like my brother--TELL me! It feels great!
