induction questions.....
timing was great on my part, started induction phase on monthy cycle week.....haven't cheated and seems all has gone well, but i am concerned about the amount of calories....should i eat as much as want or what? there seems to b an answer to support both option to this question......help pls

Marriana...The Learn Atkins icon at the header of this page gives you all that info...which is 1500 - 1800 calories for women. The Mealplanner icon above calculates all your #'s for you which is great. You can use Atkins suggested menu or make up your own which is what I do. Good luck...Cheryl

Good luck on your journey! I started the week before my cycle (didin't even think about it) and I did gain 1.5lbs after a week of losing. Don't get discouraged because you know what our cycles do to us. :)
