Week 2, Day 3
Success!  I weighed myself this morning and I have slid under the 5lbs loss mark.  5.2lbs  life is great this morning.  This plan is working and i have not been hungry.  My hubby will not tell me how much weight he has loss.  He is not on the plan, only eating some of the lunch and dinners with me.  I swear; if he loses more weight than me i will "slap him" (LOL).

I gave up diet pop and that has made a huge difference. I couldn't lose wt. drinking diet soda and it gave me voracious sweet cravings, since giving it up my sweet cravings are GONE! I do excercise hard three days per week at the gym, 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of wt. lifting. I am a nurse and I sit at a desk all week, so I have to excercise, I have no choice (just to stay limber). Three weeks of being on the diet I feel fine, energy returns and exercising hard is not a problem. Anyway don't let anyone tell you, you can't lose wt. on HRT because you can!

Ladies, never compete with men on wt. loss, they beat us bad hands down everytime. They have higher metabolic rate and way more muscle then we will ever have. They can lose wt. by simply exercising and they get a huge payback for this in results. Us not so much. We have to exercise and change our diet to lose weight. We are built for reproduction and we pay for it. Anyway compete with yourself, you are what matters!

Agree with Chiefelv... dont compete. My hubby always goes down so FAST~~~ He looses at least 5 to my 1 lb everytime. He has a super high matabolism. Glad for Him. AWESOME~~~
