Little Things Celebration of the Day
1. I managed to follow my entire meal plan up until dinner. <333
2. I drank more than my personal water requirement.

And now for the bad news. I didn't get my exercise done today, nor did I get my mantra finished. Hopefully tomorrow I'll stay on the wagon and not get sidetracked with a meal. I already knew I wouldn't be able to follow this diet exactly, but at least I'm trying. I'm also having a hard time explaining to Jon's family that the Atkins diet isn't unhealthy. Apparently they also have a misconception that it doesn't give you the building blocks to continue after the diet is over.

Congrats on the small accomplishments. Sorry you're not getting the support you need but you're doing the best you can under the circumstances. People that don't know the facts of following low carb cannot understand the benefits. Last time I checked sugar filled cereal wasn't all that healthy.

Hopefully you'll find more was to succeed on your own. Good Luck! Kathy

I think some people get upset when your doing something they dont know or understand so keep on moving and you will start to see a big difference in cravings and what you want I went from 225 to 178 in 4 months and I slipped up a couple time and I still did good and some family didnt understand why i was doing this diet and it wasnt good for me I just said any diets not good for you if you dont do it right.
