getting fustrated
five days now and no more weight loss, in fact im feeling a bit swelled up dont know if i am doing this by seasoning my food with herbs and other spices which may contain salt but I feel like I hit a stand still, I am eatting what I should but just dont see it happening like my first two weeks did for me. Im heading into my forth week. Can anyone give me any suggestions to jump start my weight loss again. I walk at least 3 times a week and am very active during the day. Last night I went to bed feeling a bit hungry but i just drank a glass of water. I know i reached my numbers last night so I didnt want to overeat. Really want to get more weight me :(
