Hi everyone. Well I read up on the Raspberry Ketone that was on Dr. Oz this week. Supposed to slice your fat cells in half making your body think like a skinny person, supposed to see results in less than a week so I will keep you all posted! I found it at HiHealth but also at tnvitamins.com. VERY popular right now and there is NOTHING in it other than the ketones 200 mg in the ones I got. Take one with breakfast and its supposed to cut the fat in your system and food all day long.
I am at 175.2 as of this morning so I will post again early next week to see if it helps! :)
