I have decided to move on to the OWL phase even though I have not lost my goal weight of 15 pounds (I have only lost 9). My weight loss has been very slow. This may be due to me not sticking to the induction phase foods, cheating here and there, but I am feeling much better about myself.
I am hoping to introduce new foods into my diet in this phase whilst I can continue to work out and lose weight.
