I'm just curious as to how many people have found the old plan works better for them? I have been doing the new one for two months come Friday and I have lost 14 lbs but it has been a REAL STRUGGLE. I have lost only 2.4 lbs in the total second month. (NO cheating with excercise, everyday) Up and then down, then back up, then down 1 lb. Its been crazy.....I'm seriously contemplating doing the old but would love to hear from my Atkins Family! : )
Oh, by the way, I am not complaining,...LOL!
