Krill stir fried with onions and serrano peppers
This is one of my favorite foods. It appeals to the spice lover in me, being tangy and flavorful. It is rich in calcium owing to the shell that is ingested with the krill/ baby shrimp. Prep time is minimal and if you measure out the amount of onion and pepper added, the carb count will obviously be exact. I add turmeric to it to add to nutritional value, appearance and taste.

Lol, those eyes. I have issues with that too. But for this I make an exception as they are minuscule. Krill is sold in the Chinese market in the frozen fish section. You could substitute regular shrimp or crawfish tail meat..Thank you for letting me know about the photo ladies. I wasn't sure.
