Phase 1 Food List
I downloaded the PDF from this website under the Learn Atkins, Phase 1, acceptable food list and it is not the same as the actual list.  I was creating myself a grocery list from the pdf of just the foods I like, trying to make things a little easier for my shopping and I noticed that green beans weren't even listed in the pdf and many of the nc counts don't match either.  I also have the little red Atkins carb book but don't like having to carry it around.  Can someone please verify which list is correct and I don't have the NANY but was thinking about downloading it to my ipad as well to have a list handy but is that list correct?

Go by the list - not the PDF. Green beans are allowed in phase 1. You may want to track your food intake using an online tracker. I like fatsecret.com others like fitday.com. Fatsecret has a phone app that works pretty well.
