temptation is getting better
I am headed into week three and going to stick with the card limits I am on now. I helped my daughter and the girls sleeping over make cookies and didn't eat five or six of them like I usually do, I won't lie I did have one but made sure to look at the carbs carefully and determined one wouldn't blow my day. I am really enjoying this diet, I don't feel hungry and I know I shouldn't just use the bars and shakes but I do really love them and for now they will be a big part of my diet. With my work schedule that really does make it a lot eaiser for me with the odd hours I work. I have also started the getting some of the frozen meals and they are really good as well. I am at ten pounds down so far and hope to keep going. Thank you to everyone here that has been supportive. You guys answer questions and lend support when needed. You guys are great!!!!!!!
