Weight gain with Atkins bars??
I have been doing great, losing pretty consistently.  Later this week I tired out a couple of the Atkins bars.  I only had one each day, however my weight has gone up instead of down.  Could this be due to introducing the bars, or is this part of the normal process and to be expected?

It could be a normal fluctuation or it could be that you are sensitive to the soy or sugar alcohols in the bars. Try not eating them for the next week and see how you do with your weigh in. You can try to add them back and see if they still cause issues for you.

Not sure if the weight gain is due to the bars if you only had one per day. I have to limit these, though, and only eat them around the time I'm menstrual. Try cutting them out and see what happens. Good luck.

The same thing happened to me. I am only in my second week so that may have something to do with it. I'm going to give my body more time to adjust to the new way of eating before I try them again.
