pork rinds
or you could make your own. parm crisps are super easy to make.. basically just baked parm.
if you are feeling adventurous, something i like to make is kale/parm chips. i mix equal amounts of parm and kale in the food processor, dump it out on a cookie sheet that's been coated with a little olive oil. spread nice and thin but with no holes.. then bake at about 400 for around 8 minutes. take it out, flip and bake another 6-8 minutes. take it out, let it cool, then use a pizza cutter to cut into little chips.

i have another recipe for making chips out of zucchini that i can dig up too if you want.

You can also purchase a product on Amazon called Just The Cheese. They are individual servings of cheese crisps. They really help me with my crunchy/salty cravings. I count one package as one of my ounces of cheese for the day.
