Day one of the Atkins Diet.
So far, so good. I don't want to think "well here goes another diet" as though I'm already doomed to lose (and I don't mean weight). I AM going to weigh 135 lbs again.
I have 12 people depending on me to reach that goal (13 counting myself).
I used to pride myself on being a great weight, looking good, being active. When I started having babies I let myself go. To have wonderful blessings is not an excuse to gain weight and not get it off. I have only myself to blame; I take responsibility for my actions. Therefore I will take action and lose this weight!
