What happens if I don't get all 20 Net Carbs In?
I recently started the induction phase and am having a hard time getting all of my protein and net carbs in. I am just not that hungry so I try to eat all the veggies I can but still only made it to about 11 Net Carbs today, all in veggies, and about 8 oz of protein. Is that enough? Do I need to force myself to eat more just to make the numbers..? Or is it ok as long as I'm not eating other carbs?

As long as you feel good and your body is still doing what it should be - losing weight - I don't think hitting those net carbs makes any difference. I don't know that I've ever hit my net carbs and no side effects, that I know of. Good luck!

Follow the basics and you will do fine. I find that no one is exactly the same. "Listen" to your body and tweak the program when necessary. Only you can be the judge to how it's working for you.
