Wasn't expecting the yo-yo thing so soon.
Okay...don't know if it's typical or not.
I weighed in at 145lbs this morning. Now at a little after 10pm I weigh 148lbs. What's up? (Besides my weight.) Is it because for breakfast, I ate the Atkins bar that came in the mail yesterday? Didn't eat lunch because I was too busy to stop? Or because I drank a Diet Dr Pepper with my pork skins snack?
I spent less than 3 hours sitting today. Go figure. Guess it's just one of those things that happen. :(
I see that I am going to have to be a lot better about sticking to the meal plans. Especially eating breakfast. Hard to do since, I've never been a breakfast eater.
I really, really want this to be successful.

I take total carbs eaten.... I do not subtract any fiber from anything.... and yes ... it is so much better to plan ahead for a meal... eggs, meat, even nuts but be careful on how many.... you are going to have to experiment what works for you .....

Thanks for the encouragement Janmarie. I also count total carbs. Find it's just easier. I'm also trying to stick the "pack of cards" thing for my meat serving sizes. I think this coming week will be even easier. My husband is now 100% supportive and eating the same menu as me. Yay!
