Wasn't expecting the yo-yo thing so soon.
Okay...don't know if it's typical or not.
I weighed in at 145lbs this morning. Now at a little after 10pm I weigh 148lbs. What's up? (Besides my weight.) Is it because for breakfast, I ate the Atkins bar that came in the mail yesterday? Didn't eat lunch because I was too busy to stop? Or because I drank a Diet Dr Pepper with my pork skins snack?
I spent less than 3 hours sitting today. Go figure. Guess it's just one of those things that happen. :(
I see that I am going to have to be a lot better about sticking to the meal plans. Especially eating breakfast. Hard to do since, I've never been a breakfast eater.
I really, really want this to be successful.
