Almost at the end of week 11 doing much better than last week. I am doing owl mostly now. Because of exercising at gym, my muscles were so sore and not recovering, so by increasing my carbs in the form of good carbs, by adding a little friut, able to exercise much better now. So I am keeping a food journal and exercise journal everyday. I also cut my protein portions down and mainly eat chicken breast, ground turkey, and fish for my protein. I only have no more than one ounce of cheese per day. I'm so proud of myself today. It was so tempting for me and my sister to cheat! Her daughter, my niece had a second miscarriage today. It was so heartbreaking. But we both figured it wouldn't be worth it, because we lose the benefits of the exercising we did three times this week.
