I can't believe this is almost the end of my 15th week!! For my sister and my birthday which is three days apart, 4/27 and 4/30 we signed up with a trainer 2 times a week.  We only did a 15 minute workout to start and holy cow my legs were like rubber...

I have been trying to make the switch to Low Carb eating without keeping track of statistics (%carb to %protein to %fat) so that it seems natural. I am losing weight steadily, but I seem to surge up (gain) when I add a new food or new recipe is sampled....
