Surgery prompts food comfort syndrome!
Today I had some minor surgery on my face for skin cancer! My face of all places!! It's bad enough that I have lived with acne scars for 59 yrs and now this! Vanity takes another big hit but I guess that's a good thing. Wanted to comfort myself with a good binge on my "safe desserts" but "Just said NO!" and took a much needed nap instead. Yeah!! Having the Atkins Community to air my stuff really helps. Thanks ladies!!

Great you caught this...very scary...I've had more than a few lesion removals also and one that was cancerous. I feel so grateful ...could have been so much worse. Good luck to you.

Thanks for the encouragement & prayers. I actually blew it yesterday on my diet after all but I'm back on the horse again!! Not tracking is always my downfall! Forehead hurts like the devil & can expect two black eyes. It's definitely an improvement over the norm!
